The front suspension and steering was seriously in need of an upgrade. Global West and Hotchkiss offered the best solutions. Global West CTA-88L lower control arms, with Del-a-lum bushings, were installed, along with Global West S-16 springs, Koni shocks, and Global West CTA-88A upper control arms. The steering knuckles were replaced with new ones from Dorman as well as new backing plates. The steering components were replaced with Hotchkiss.
